Few are the companies that are able to proudly showcase completed projects from their portfolio that stand out. Even better, if when these projects are airports, were millions of passengers visit daily, thus catching a glimpse of the quality of our work.

As part of a general plan issued by Fraport Greece, for the refurbishment and upgrading of existing airport infrastructures for fourteen peripheral airports, M2quare reacted swiftly, participated in the process, and finally procured the job.

In particular, the fourteen airports that fall under the refurbishment plan are those of Aktios, Zakinthos, Thessaloniki, Kavala, Kerkira, Kefalonia, Kos, Mikonos, Mitilini, Rhodes, Samos, Santorini, Skiathos as well as Chania.

For the refurbishment of the fourteen peripheral airports of Greece, we chose “Avenue” and “Boulevard”, two of our four full-body and excellent porcelain stoneware by LEA District of LEA Ceramice, balancing between the color notes of beige and grey.  LEA District, draws inspiration by the exploration of cement, as a raw material that has the ability to stimulate the senses, but also the flexibility to perfectly adjusts in interior spaces. The LEA District series is the outcome of an unsatisfied desire by Lea Ceramice to explore the future, through quality-based and innovative products.

LEA District, captures the visual identity of cement, “exploiting” the advantage it gains through its superior aesthetics and technological curiosity.  The 90×90 cm porcelain, cement looking tiles of LEA District, are “coated” with PROTECT®, an extremely high-performance antimicrobial system by Panaria Ceramica that eliminates up to 99.9% of bacteria resting on the tile surface.

M2quare believes that each project is a piece of art, a timeless approach that ensures a fantastic result of unique beauty satisfying even the most demanding “eye” for people who never settle with less. The most exciting part of each project is the ability of people to discover the mysteries that are hidden behind each exciting project that we deliver.

All of us here at M2quare are extremely proud to have contributed through our innovative products, for the visual metamorphosis, as well as for the safe interaction of passengers in the airports managed by Fraport Greece.
