Project Kileton, one of the most interesting residential development undertook by our company, bares an external cladding system that was implemented using the technical support of TERRAMILANO Italy, but also using ceramic tiles by EMIL GROUP Italy. The specific technology we selected for “dressing” project Kileton, results from the extensive research of EMIL GROUP concerning the thermal facade systems, where panels are placed without clinging on the structure of the building, allowing airflow to pass naturally through the resulting cavity, thus providing better thermal insulation and soundproofing.  At the same time, the shapes and colour vary, allowing a seamless architectural design that blends with the surrounding environment. 

Concerning the interior spaces of the building, M2quare used ceramics of the most profound Italian brands such as LEA Ceramiche and Gigacer, as well as kitchen and furniture ceramic tiles by Laminam Italy. Having established strategic partnerships with selective international brands, M2quare meets the needs of today and can satisfy even the most demanding customers, bringing also new technologies in the property development sector.
